Say I have {Battle of Wits} out. I have 200 cards in library and it triggers on my upkeep. In response to the trigger, my opponent casts {Thought Scour}, targeting me. I now have 198 cards in library.
My question is: with the BoW's trigger still on the stack, can I then cast {Psychic Spiral} to get my cards back into my library, and win?
A similar situation: I have the new artifact dragon from gatecrash on the bf. I have 20 artifacts. his ability triggers on my upkeep. Opponent casts {Ancient Grudge} on an artifact. Can I {Faith's Reward} after grudge resolves but still before the dragon's ability does so I win?
Yes. Since they r instants u can.

An important thing to remember is that each player receives and must pass priority for each thing to resolve off the stack. The stack doesn't just resolve all at once, you can chose to let the top item or two resolve on the stack, but then respond to the third item.
