You may want to consider {Liliana of the Veil} for your sb. Running 3 can make a difference against some decks. Also maybe 1 more rakdos keyrune may apply so your thragtusks will be good while bant control's thrags are rendered obsolete!
Oh yeah and you need 1 or preferably 2 {Kessig Wolf Run}! Such a great jund card. Even if you run for 0, your guys still get trample. No chump blocking alowed! And think of the lifegain for nighthawk...YUMMY
