Can I use my {Stonecloaker}'s ability to remove a card from a graveyard and then return it to my hand?

No, creature, enchantment, artifact, and land all refer to cards on the battlefield. Otherwise the card would say creature card, artifact card etc.

Yes but it says when it enters the battlefield implying that it is on the battlefield when it happens
Are you asking if you can exile a card in a graveyard and return {Stonecloaker} to your hand? I don't see why not.

Awesome, and flash makes it great with {Web of Inertia}
Sorry somehow I read that you were trying to return a creature card from your graveyard to your hand.
