Innistrad has loads of that, with skaabs and armies of undead and your big brute Grimgrin. Is this a standard deck? And what win-con are you going for? The Ruinator does great beatdown, but mill (this is UB after all) also works.

There is so much for u/b zombies in innistrad you could probably just look through the set once pick up some cards and make a pretty boss deck, that's what I would do if I was you but yeah skaab ruinator and grimore of the dead (or whatever that mythic artifact is called) also evil twin looks like fun

Here's my current build in progress.  Mills like a champ between the Alchemists, Trepidation blade, and drownyards.  And can also beatdown with lots of zombies, some pump evasion, and Grimgrin/Geth.

U/B Zombie Mill
60 cards, 0 sideboard
3 {Nephalia Drownyard}
7 {Swamp}
4 {Drowned Catacomb}
5 {Island}
4 {Seachrome Coast}

2 {Unbreathing Horde}
2 {Mindshrieker}
4 {Cemetery Reaper}
1 {Grimgrin, Corpse-Born}
4 {Walking Corpse}
3 {Diregraf Ghoul}
1 {Geth, Lord of the Vault}
4 {Undead Alchemist}

3 {Trepanation Blade}
3 {Dream Twist}
4 {Mana Leak}
2 {Go for the Throat}
2 {Doom Blade}
2 {Endless Ranks of the Dead}

I feel like it's too slow for this deck.  By the time I'm dropping 5cmc my hand should be fairly low from casting ctrl/cheap zombies and i'm going to want to be dropping Curse/Geth/Grimgrin.  Being able to drop a top decked zombie for free wouldn't be too beneficial it seems in the 5 spot.  Though it would leave more mana open to activate drownyards each turn.

Edit: oh, storm's a 6 drop.  Definitely seems too slow

I recently made a blue black zombie mill and was quite successful :) the cards i ran were:

4 nephalia drownyard
4 darkslick shores
4 drowned catacomb
4 island
4 swamp

4 diegrag ghoul
4 cemetery reaper
4 undead alchemist
4 doomblade
4 go for the throat
4 curse of the bloody tome
4 dream twist
3 jace ma
3 call to the grave
4 phyrexian crusader
2 black sun zenith
4 abatoir ghoul
4 dismember

Sideboard:
4 claustrophobia
4 sensory deprivation
4 sensory drake
3 surgical extraction

I put in the claustrophobia and blue zombie for pro black like mirran crusader they are the weakness of this deck :(
