Is there any chance imtg can be made for droid phones?
Yes, but if its ever made its gonna have less features and it will suck much more.
Why?
My iPhone was stolen about two weeks ago and I switched to an android phone. There are absolutely no apps that can compare to imtg and i am having withdrawals. I can't built decks! I can't look up rulings!

Many reasons.
While someone will be struggling to get iMtG for Android to the same level as iMtG for iOS, first it will be easier for them because design can be copied straight away, but iOS has superior development tools and API and this will be slowing them down.
Almost 2 years of work went into iMtG for iOS, and I have no plans of slowing down, thus someone doing Android port will be hitting a running target. By the time they will get basic trade functions done, I'll have eBay integration, for example.
