I wouldn't do any expanse. 4 {Dragonskull Summits} are a for sure thing, and probably 2-3 {Blackcleave cliffs}. {Tribut to hunger} and {Doom blade}. Your creature base seems fine to me.
Sure, I was thinking of adding a {Stormkirk Noble} to smothering any Innistrad inspired human decks and maybe a {Dragon Master Outcast}
