What's it's win condition?

With 24 instants/sorceries, this deck could benefit from a few {guttersnipe}s.

First cut staticaster and fiend hunter. Not much synergy with these cards and you already have more than enough removal with spells. Secondly, Guttersnipe would make a great addition with such a spell heavy deck. Lastly If you are looking for cards to cut Id start with cantrips like think twice or Thought Scour.
