It is considered the most rare card of all time, as there is only 1 of them in existence. But is it good? How would you play it and what kinda combos can you imagine?
Eh, not the most rarest. I believe the most rarest is Shichifukujin Dragon.

All you need in opening hand is {tinker}, a 0 mana artfact, and and alternate mana source
Didnt realize {tinker} cost 3.. Ok 2 extra mana sources
