It is considered the most rare card of all time, as there is only 1 of them in existence. But is it good? How would you play it and what kinda combos can you imagine?
Eh, not the most rarest. I believe the most rarest is Shichifukujin Dragon.

Turn 1: {memnite} {steam vents} and the land enchantment that gives the land "tap to give target creature haste"
Turn 2: play {island} exile {simian spirit guide} and play {tinker} in order to play {composite golem}; sacrifice {composite golem}, activate 1996 World Champion's ability, play the World Champion, tap {steam vents} to give him haste, and swingfor the turn 2 win.. I want him so bad
All you need in opening hand is {tinker}, a 0 mana artfact, and and alternate mana source
Didnt realize {tinker} cost 3.. Ok 2 extra mana sources
