I'm looking to create a casual deck that basically just sits there and annoys the crap out of people and I need some good combos and cards to put in, so far I have {Conjured Currency}, {Confusion in the Ranks}, and {Scrambleverse}, plus a bunch of common crappy creatures, red and blue are for sure but a third colour may be added, go!
Just run a bunch of blue counters no matter the counter it'll Make someone mad... Do you not want a kill condition? Well if you do put a lil burn and board wipe is always nice
Run green to get the fun started faster. After that green can do tokens too
Tokens don't really piss people off though, I did have (and like) the thought of land destruction

What I'm really looking for is to create absolute chaos and having the possibility of people quitting out of frustration
If you want absolute chaos, nothing is more ridiculous than {Eye of the Storm}+{Decree of Annihilation}. Now that's chaos.
I had a red green Kavu/land destruction deck back when invasion was active. Was great against multiple colors, but when I played it multiplayer against single colors it didn't do that well. Nevertheless I think it was the most hated deck I had.
Might go with white for third colour, opens interesting possibilities
{winter orb} + {stasis} lol
{icy manipulator} , {standstill} , {fatestitcher} Oooh this is fun, what else...
Hardly anything says "rage quit" more than a flipped {Erayo, Soratami Ascendant} with {Arcane Laboratory} out. Had that one pulled on me once. I was not too happy lol

That is exactly the kind of thing I'm looking for, people are going to hate this XD

Glad to have helped.....I think. Haha
Also run a lot of the dragon charms, as they can be very useful in creating chaos

Rage quit is still a win.
Just use tamyio the moon sage last ability and have a flicker deck just flicker detain creatures soo much and shabam they get really pissed I got someone to rage quit that way lol
I once wanted to build an annoying deck. I never finished it, but basically it was a token deck that used {diversionary tactics} and I would also use a enchantment that prevented all damage to And by my creatures and use creature effects that were annoying
Buddy of mine had a blue green squirrel deck. Squirrel tokens galore + {static orb} + {opposition}. Nasty
{Knowledge pool} + {Curse of Exhaustion}
{Acidic Slime}+ {Conjurer's Closet}
{Turn to Frog}
{lignify}
If you wanna be a real b***h, then play t-fog. I've been running it for two weeks an two people have LITERALLY flipped tables.
You have all been very helpful, and I am still open to suggestions
I used to play the squirrel opposition deck back in it's day.
Adding to the {Static Orb} combos, use {Clock of Omens} and you're set.

Squirrel opposition was insane. Definitely the most wins via rage quit I have ever seen.
5 color deck, {Naked Singularity} + {Reality Twist}
Use bounceback cards to mitigate the upkeep costs and/or cards like {Ghostly Flicker}
You can also use colorless/artifact creatures

My deck is red/blue with white splash 👆 I definitely like this with {Chromatic Lantern} though
