And replace Stalker with {Fettergeist} with your low creature base, cause I assume you use Augur and Snappy for answers.

I was thinking about {Increasing Confusion} bfr, but I am not sure if I will have enough mana to play it in realy effective way... Have u some experience with that spell? I get that people play it in those super ramp decks but in mono blue with regular drawing?

I ran 4 of them and run them like mid game cast, you don't have 11 land for it to be effective.

Turn 3, you could mill for 2.
Turn 4, mill for 6 off the flashback.

If you have better cards on turn 3 & 4 hold them but, if nothing else to play its always okay to mill lol.

Oh interesting idea but will have to test it... The idea was blade to stalker and bcs of he is hexproof then it would be easy to swing and mill with him... On the other hand fettergeist is flying and bigger but one mana cc up... Mhmm hard to decide As I said I will have to test that..
