I'd replace Doomed Traveller with {War Falcon} and move Thalia to the side board and replace it with {Knight of Glory} .
Also, you need a finisher. I'd recommend {Sublime Archangel} or {Riders of Gavony}. I'd also consider replacing Azorius charm will {Feeling of Dread}.

Can't tell you how many times it has saved me due to either kill spells or Making my lethal unblockable
The Snapcaster was added to either grab another charm to protect the Geist or flash in and get a 2/2 knight after a Supreme Verdict. Doomed Traveller is there for that reason too. It is more just meta changes that wrecked my face last week. I was also G/W last week. Although it could do more damage, it was far less consistent.
