If I put a +1/+1 counter on {Gideon Jura} using {Experiment Kraj} while he is dude, would the experiment have all of Gideon's abilities. If so then he would be able to use them any number of times a turn since he isn't a planeswalker.
When he turns back into a Planeswalker he's no longer a creature and kraj can't really do anything.

ya but on your turn Kraj could use the +2 as many times as you want to build loyalty counters and then use the -2 as many times as you want to destroy all there tapped creatures. That's what I got out of since planeswalker abilities are activated abilities. So all you have to do is animate Gideon when you want to assassinate alot of things.

Wouldn't they both be legendaries and kill each other?
They only die if they have the same name or planeswalker subtype.
I guess you'd have to put Loyalty counters on Kraj with the +2.
Question is do creatures attack Kraj or gideon and what about the one ability per turn thing?
Im gonna say that it doesnt work but who knows :P
BlackJester addressed this topic last year:

In his post, he stated that you could only use the abilities once per turn. I wasn't sure how accurate that was until i looked up the rules for Loyalty Abilities:
606.3. A player may activate a loyalty ability of a permanent he or she controls any time he or she has priority and the stack is empty during a main phase of his or her turn, but only if no player has previously activated a loyalty ability of that permanent that turn.
TL;DR
Those abilities themselves have the ruling how and when to activate them, not the Planeswalker cards. Only one Loyalty Ability per turn per permanent.

Creatures would only attack Gideon, since creatures can only attack planeswalkers or players and not creatures.

Creatures could attack anybody anyway they wanted because kraj activated the ability and they can't attack kraj anyways.

Does this mean that you can specifically attack a planeswalker instead of a player? Other creatures can block right?
Correct.
Experiment kraj does not copy names or types.

I could see the confusion in what I said. If Kraj was the one activating the ability, combat isn't affected. If Gideon activated it
and Kraj activated it, only Gideon's would modify combat.
Wait so . . . Does this work? Give a creature Planeswalker abilities?

Apparently, but as stated above, the limits of planeswalker abilities are part of the abilities themselves, so you are still restricted to sorcery speed, only one per turn, and requiring the needed # of loyalty counters to pay as a cost for "-" abilities.
