Have izzet guildmage on the field. Cast twincast either on a card you play, or a card your opponent plas. Then use izzet guildmage to copy twin cast for however many times you can afford...could lead to some devastating effects
Is there a spell that adds 4 blue mana to your mana pool? Even if it costs 3 that would be fine
