He has 100 total, sometimes the count up top is off for some reason. He has 40 lands + 49 creatures + 10 spells + 1 sideboard (Jarad) = 100 total, so it's actually correct.

Fair enough, my apologies :P

With sacrifice as your main win condition, I recommend more big creatures that have effects when they die or leave the the battlefield. Some suggestions:

{Jugei the Rising Star}
{Kokusho the Evening Star}
{Thragtusk}

Reanimation is important too to let you re-use and abuse the sacrifice of your big guys like Kokusho and doomgape.

{Living Death}
{Sheoldred, Whispering One}
{Beacon of Unrest}

Anything to keep your sacrifices going!

You're running 40 lands, don't you get flooded? I usually don't let my lands become much more than a third of my deck.

Tutoring cards would be good.
{Diabolic Tutor}
{Vampiric Tutor}
{Beseech the Queen}
{Imperial Seal}
{Worldly Tutor}

One sac engine you should DEFINITELY run is {Birthing Pod}.

You should probably run things with undying and {Mikaeus the Unhallowed}.

I would play some removal like {Damnation} and {All is Dust} and other board wipes. ( play the spell, sac all your dudes to jarad, deal tons of damage, leaving a clean board)
