A (mono) black spell to get commanders into libraries etc etc? I couldnt find any

I suppose including you mean including lands. That would be a no besides {forbidden ritual}. Permanent removal tends to be in multi color.

You're stuck with creature-targeted removal in mono-{B} I'm afraid. As far as I'm aware, there are no black (and only black) spells that target "permanent," "enchantment," or "artifact,". There are a few oddball destroy lands though.
Any artifacts that does that?

For artifacts, you have {gate to phyrexia} and {phyrexian tribute}.

{Oblivion Stone}, I believe.
As far as artifacts that destroy permanents, {Spine of Ish Sah} and {Argentum Armor} get the job done, although they're a bit heavy on the mana.
