I think you've got too much going on. What are the exact ways to win? Bolas is one, but what are the others? When you find out how you want to win then we can adjust as needed
That was exactly the problem where I got stucked... The second way to win... Hoped in guttersnipe effect but it does not work with all the removals...:D
Surprisingly on cockatrice I always got Nico out...:D
Okay so main WC is bolas... Now we need to find you a secondary win.. How about something cheap and effective like goblins or burn?

This deck needs {Primordial Hydra}. Get infinite mana... Make a 100000000/100000000 trampler XD
Also, 1-2 {Sphinx's revelation}. I know you aren't playing white, but with Axebanes and chrome lantern it shouldn't be hard to cast

Mhmm maybe we should put some x burn spell there... But again it depends on that infinit mana mechanics...
With the mana base available, I would suggest {Bonfire of the Damned} and {Rakdos's Return} for x burn spells
Tried those x spells with ghat mana mechanics... And had no problems... Only one thing is board wipes...
I suggest rakdos return over bonfire. One can be redirected back, the other can't. Last thing you want is to infiniburn yourself with a bonfire. Rakdos is target opponent, plus great card advantage.

I have used RR... Do not own Bonfires anyway...:D
After day of playing on Cockatrice I decided to make it 5 color and change ot a little...:)
