No, auras target and shroud or hexproof says cant be targeted. If a creature gains shroud or hexproof tho and an aura is already attached it stays.

A bit vague but here:
When you cast an aura, you cannot target a creature with Shroud. However, you can target your own permanent (or youself for enchant player auras) that has Hexproof, but not an opponent or their permanent that has Hexproof.
If by chance you are able to "put [name of Aura] into play" such as through {Bruna} or {Sun Titan}, you can attach them to any legal permanent (creatures if creature aura, etc) which bypasses Shroud/Hexproof since attaching is not targeting. Once attached, the aura will affect the said permanent appropriately.

So you're saying I can enchant aura an opponent creature with shroud/hex proof because you just said enchanting is not targeting. Enchant creature/enchantment auras don't say target creature, they say enchanted creature.

Only under certain circumstances. If you are casting an aura, then no. You can't target a creature with shroud.
