I'd run 4 terminus.  Maybe 2 entreats.  Sideboard little jace and 2 centaur healers.  Selensya charm is a must main board it does freaking wonders.

Terminus is in a lot of ways too slow for the current meta I would weather keep them split between side and main. Also verdict being uncounted able has perks against syncopate

Yeah that is True.  I like te edits you've done.   It's pretty close to my build.
