Could I have infinite reflection and call of kindred attached then use call of kindred to get any creature or would that not work
No not really. Infinite reflection makes creature in play a copy of the enchanted creature. So you could get whatever the enchanted creature has for types.
{Amoeboid changling} however enchanted with {Call the kindred} would bring all the boys to your yard.
