Oh did not realize that someone would be that interested.. No I do not make them... Honestly those are really luxury design no crap... I bought them from the guy who created them... I make proxys myself like this but I don't have the ability to do foils and the quality of my work is not that great I need a better printer so when it comes to foil alt art cards I'm your guy cause I'm always looking for them
They are not proxies...;) they are genuine mtg cards... Only altered... They are 100% playable and legal... Possibly we are talking both about same thing...:D only if someone tell me proxy I imagine printed fake sticked to some common card

Anime: Japanese animated cartoon.
Manga: Japanese comic book/strip.
I've forgotten the word for the artstyle most commonly used in both of these but i can with certainty say that the altered art of these cards is not the same artstyle. It looks to be more western of origin.
