I have been working on this deck for a while and I really don't know what else I can change to make it better. I like the possibility of infinite Myrs with {palladium myr} + {myr galvanizer} + {myr propagator}.

Lately I have been thinking about splashing red to add {scrapyard salvo} or {red sun zenith} since I usually end up with lots of extra mana and it could be another win condition.

Also I have no idea what I should sideboard. All suggestions are welcome!

I'd ditch the {Hover Myr} for {Iron Myr} and add an X direct damage spell like {Devil's Play} or {Red Sun's Zenith} for instant win with the Galvanizer combo.

What would I use against air units then?

You kill your opponent before it matters. 😁

That's always your suggestion lol

Perhaps ditch the {golden Myr}s because you already have a white mana base and add the {iron Myr}s in their place..

You could always splash black and add {Exsanguinate}.

So i am thinking about adding {hovermyr} to my sideboard and then adding the X amount of damage cards. I really like the {devil's play} since it is so cheap and has the flashback.

Should I get anything to combat control decks? Maybe something that gets rid of enchantments or big, scary monsters? I feel like those two areas are something that this deck has trouble with.

Edit:Spike... I know you love Myrs. Any suggestions from you?

Get rid of the excess 4 cards.

Yay, more Myr!

Cut 2 {Myr Superion} and 2 {Paladium Myr} for 4 {Iron Myr}.
Cut 2 {Myr Battlesphere} for 2 {Red Sun's Zenith}
I would cut 1 {True Convistion} for 1 {War Report} which replaces the damage (with interest ion this deck) that a flyer could do to you, but that would probably be only me who would do that.
Maybe cut 1 {Myr Turbine} for an {Indomidable Archangel}

Sideboard:
Your 4 {Hovermyr} (if you're attached to them).
{Semblance Anvil}
{Unwinding Clock}
{True Conviction}
{Intangible Virtue}
{Apostle's Blessing}
{Geosurge}
{Whipflare}
{Galvanic Blast}
{Ruthless Invasion}
{Scrapyard Salvo}
{Devil's Play}
These ones are just suggestions as all would work with a Red deck!

Go Myr!

Yay, more Myr!

Words words words.....

Go Myr!

Thank you! I was thinking that I had too many {Myr Battlesphere}s. Your post has helped a lot. I really had no idea what I could change. I will make those changes and see how it plays.

Do you think it stands a chance at FNM?

Just through pure overrun, hell yeah it does! Maybe even chuck in a {Phyrexian Revoker} for an end game Hulk Smash before a couple of {Scrapyard Salvo}s.

P.S. I love your quote box of my deck advice. I lol-ed.

I think the card meant was {phyrexian rebirth} but I could be wrong.

No problem! It was a lot of text and scrolling through it on my phone takes a loooong time. (also humor is great!)

I like the sound of the phyrexian card. If someone plays a {blasphemous act} that is a good counter.

I cannot wait to try it next week when the cards finally get here! (3x resivours, 2x turbine, and my last tempered steel) I finally got the last of my propagators. They made a huge difference!

Also I have been experimenting with {fling}. I can tap everything with a {myr battlesphere}, attack, and then fling it for twice the damage when they assign tons of blockers that would kill it.  Then just use any leftover mana to bring it back with {myr resivour}.

All this sounds great. Been working on getting a myr deck together for a while to be competitive at FNM. My deck is very similar but I run into the problem of not being able to enough cards on the battlefield quick enough to shake things up. Any advice for maybe some mana add to hope for in the opening hand?

I was thinking about trying to get some {memnites} in somehow to deal with the first 3 turns. Also I think {inkmoth nexus} could also find a place in here as a land to deal with early delvers or put some pressure on the opponent.

Splash blue for counters? {Creeping Corrosion} wrecks this deck.

Or maybe {Darksteel Juggernaut}. Very strong.
