Basically, shut down your opponent's mana production while throwing down cheap equipments and soldiers. Hokori is obviously the commander. Any and all help is appreciated! :D

I would try to find more artifacts that make mana, specifically ones that tap for white mana. With him as your general you know what to expect. So if you had way to produce mana without land you would be almost unaffected by his ability, while your opponent in nearly shut down.
A few examples of the artifacts would {Mox Opal} since you're playing with plenty of artifacts, {Thunder Totem}, and {Khalni Gem}. Just some off the top of my head.

I would also recommend spot removal like {Path to Exile} and {Swords of Plowshare}. If they get something nasty it can be dealt with or if they have mana producing creatures you can deal with them and make your opponent rely on their one land a turn.
