Post by: average_j03 on October 21, 2012, 11:55:21 PM
Would a creature that was  {Cloudshift}'Ed or was  {Restoration Angel}'ed, would they have summoning sickness if done during that player's turn?

Creature has to have haste or have been under your control since the beginning of your turn.

Using {Cloudshift} or {Restoration Angel} on your turn the creature you use it on will have summoning sickness. If you use it during your oppenents turn then no the creature won't have summoning sickness because you would have the creature before the start of your turn.

Hmm may be better worded in case of confusion.
Any flickering of a non-haste creature during an opponent's turn will cause that creature to have summoning sickness. This means if the flickered creature has a tapping activated ability, it cannot be used. Summoning sickness will wear off by the time it is your turn again, assuming you still have control of the creature at the start of your turn.
