Most creatures have synergy with {Restoration Angel}, been working on this. I've noticed with the all the new mass removal that fast aggro decks aren't dominating as much as mid-range stuff. Gatecrash can only help

I would test out {centaur healer} in place of your Borderland Ranger. You already have Farseek and Ranger isn't really ramp. Plus centaur healer's 3 toughness is extremely relevant and strong in the meta right now

Thinning my deck, shuffling and hitting land drops is more valuable to me then 3 life. {Loxodon Smiter} would be my first choice at 3 drop if {Boarderland Ranger} proves incapable.

Have you considered {Armada Wurm}?

I did have him in the original build. He might return. I dropped him because I wasn't taking advantage of populate, but he does cool things with {Restoration Angel}, but like the Hellkite more in play testing

Well, I like it.  A lot.  The only card I question is {Parallel Lives}, it never worked for me.  How have you done with it?

Probably the weak link. I don't know if I should add a {Selesnya keyrune} or another Garruk. Mana fixing is tough now without {Green Sun's Zenith}

{Rancor}?
I agree! Even if you want to flicker something with it you atleast get it back to your hand!

Where would you add {Rancor}? I have {Kessig Wolfrun} for the same buff that I can direct at whoever I'd like, gain trample and don't lose card advantage.

Possibly silverblade?

{Silverblade Paladin} would mess up the mana curve.   If no {Rancor}, I would just use another Garruk.

While I like {Silverblade Paladin} he's not mid-rangey enough for me. I like cards that give you value.

{Boarderland Ranger} = 2/2 body attached to a weak {rampant growth}

{Huntmaster of the Fells} = a 2/2 body attached to a card that give you 2 life, and a card that creates a 2/2 wolf.

{Restoration Angel} = 3/4 body attached to {Cloudshift}

These types of creatures you include for mid-range, because they cost so much. {Silverblade Paladin} is good to curve into with a faster deck, but I don't really wanna pay {W}{W} if I can avoid it. I play tested with {Sublime Archangel} and it was difficult to get out, {Thundermaw Hellkite} has the same problem, but he has Haste and taps every defender. (So its worth the trouble).

I might add {Clifftop Retreat}, but I can't wait for Gruul.

Yea I was thinking of the mana when I suggested it

I just think the parallel lives and rangers may be rather dead or unnecessary if it's not a short game

Maybe hellrider for some pressure and he can cause your opponent to focus him rather than other threats on the board

He can be viable if you have your geist out or charm tokens or any creature

And his 5 mana cost doesn't make him an early game threat so he fits mid range to an extent
