So I just walked into toysrus in the NYC and saw that they had a selesnya intro pack. I thought I might pick it up if it was a decent price. Went to the price scanner and it reads "mtg return ravnica fatpk $58.99". So I say to myself, that's odd and go to the cashier. He says the same price and I tell him that he probably won't sell any of those because it only comes with 90 cards and is normally around $15. His response "you'd be surprised. Come back in a week and a few will be gone".
Lololol
Well, considering the item item was an intro pack, and the scan was for a fat pack, the item was mislabeled/mismarked.
Did you inform the cashier of the difference? Because if they know the items are mismarked, and are selling them at fatpack price to people who think they are paying for them at intro pack price, they can get into some hot water for that.
I did but it's the city. They probably don't care bc some tourist is bound to buy it. Lmao. I told him the difference but he didn't seem to do anything about it. He was like "toysrus screws up all the time but people will buy the stuff regardless. So why fight it. I'll just sell it to the annoying customers. "
A fatpack isn't even msrp at $60...
This was by the Times Square location?
You could tell him that his manager or the better business bureau would probably like to hear about how the employees are knowingly mislabelling merchandise and ripping off customers. That will probably get their attention ;)
Mhmmm anyway why would u buy Selesnya's Intro Pack??? I cannot see the point in that...:D doesn't matter the price...:D
I need a 4th grove of the guardian and also it comes with wayfaring temple, and two call to the conclaves.

Mhmm all in all 4$ for those cards in maximum... ( and I am really expensive now)... Yeah ok u will get two boosters with... Mhm but anyway not good deal either for 15 bucks...;)
$60 sounds cheap for NYC. You were at the one in Times Square? Real estate in NYC is some of the most expensive in the world, Times Square is a famous address. I wouldn't be shocked if they marked it up in an attempt to trick some yuppies into buying it. Or they just don't know/care what a Fat Pack is
