Title: Intro decks
Post by: Rass on January 11, 2012, 11:52:03 PM
Just curios what do you guys think of these? Are they worth the $8-12 you can get them for? I got a few and them seem ok because you get that and a pack. Just trying to see what you guys think who play more and buy more packs of its worth the money. Thanks

I bought a blue/black one and a white/ green for my girlfriend. Mine was alright. Quite a few good cards that im even still using in my blue/red. My girlfriend loves the hell out of her green/white. I would say if your starting like we were then yes very. Most of which already have a concept to them.

Honestly, they're good as an introductory level, but I would just save up more and buy a 4x uncommon/common sets on eBay.

As a sidenote, I'm doing DA intro packs for my next experiment! I'll run a poll.

Are we talking Intro decks or Event decks?

Intro decks are fine if you want to make a casual deck around a set's theme, but they're not that competitive.
