Anyway, the event decks don't necessarily have to have cards from that specific set. For example, {Surgical Extraction} as well as a few other New Phyrexia cards are in the Death's Encroach deck.

It's all good! Event decks usually have way better cards than intro decks, and are actually playable.

LGS or online. Box stores (Wal Mart, Target, etc.) to my knowledge don't carry them.
