Would you help me optimize this deck?

-1 {remember the fallen}
-4 {accorder paladin}
+2 {elite vanguard}
+2 {mirran crusader} in mainboard instead of sideboard
I've never found accorder paladin to be as useful unfortunately it doesn't trade well with cards like doomed traveler
I would also add in another {butcher's cleaver}

I wish you had 4 crusaders but that's just me, looks great so far though especially with those 4 {hero of bladehold}s

{Accorder Paladin}'s great if you're packing a {Pitchfork}, though.

Most definitely

What about {Angelic Overseer}?

What about {Angelic Overseer}?

You are pushing it when you try to cast a 5 casting cost with only 20 land.....statistically that is.

Definitely run the {mirran crusader} in the main.  They are your targets for the equipment and auras you have.

That's right. I wasn't thinking about mana cost.

Now, about {Accorder Paladin}, I like it because of the battle cry ability. If I play against a blue deck, for instance, {Mirran Crusader} protection ability is useless...

But his double strike is still really useful, if blue is an issue try {sword of body and mind}

You have plenty of 1 drops, I would ditch the {elite vanguard} for the 2 {mirran crusader}. Maybee drop 2 {accorder paladin} for 2 {mentor of the meek}.....card drawing will keep this deck going after you empty your hand really fast.  Also I know that {butcher's clever} is tempting to use but it costs 6 mana to finally have it equipped.  I would dump the clever and {remember the fallen} for 2 more {silver-inlaid dagger} or 2 more {bonds of faith} or two Swords of .........

I don't think the mentor works with {honor of the pure} on the board

Have you ever considered {Cloistered Youth}?

Good point

The {Honor of the Pure} effect affects just creatures in the battlefild, doesn't it? I could still use {Mentor of the Meek}...

This is a bit of a tricky one, but they would get the bonus as soon as they hit. If you cast a 2/2, it'll be 3/3 by the time Mentor checks it.

Dammit...
Updated:
1x{Butcher's Cleaver}
1x{Accorder Paladin}
Both to sideboard...

Main deck with 2x{Mirran Crusader}.

Out with 3x{Mentor of the Meek}.

I would cut the Cleavers for {Silver-Inlaid Dagger}.

Yesterday I played against a deck with protection from white (no, it wasn't standard) and lost.

Any idea to win it?

Play Enchantment/Artifact destruction and Creature Wrath in the board?

What about adding {Gideon Jura}?
And {Timely Reinforcements}?

With pro white neither of those would help, but timely is a good sideboard card

Its nearly impossible (if not entirely impossible) to build a deck without weaknesses.  One guy makes a Vampire deck, the other guy builds an anti-Vampire deck that beats it. But otherwise, that anti-Vampire deck is ðŸ'©.
There are ways around protection if that's what you want to do to beat this one deck.

That's why you run {Wrath of God}, {Day of Judgement}, etc.

Not if theyre using stupid stuff like CoP white, or {Sphere of Truth}.  Would you main deck {Disenchant} just to deal with it?  Sideboard, maybe...

Until new cards come out I think this deck is as good as it is going to get, most of these builds look the same and there's a lot of standard cards that go into decks like these and I wouldn't worry about improving it right now because it's already very good and if it hasn't hit it's piqué yet it is almost there. Since there are more cards coming out though like I said I would wait

I agree with Validan's last comment. When the new set comes out, I recommend {Thalia, Guardian of Thraben} she seems cool. Find her @ http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=127171&stc=1&d=1326344441

Proph had a great with {Cloistered Youth}, too. I never really liked white weenie decks before around M11, now they are awesome.😃

{Cloistered Youth} in place of Paladins, Paladins in sideboard?
