I believe so because suspend says cast and I think entwine says as you cast

Thanks! I had a mtg night with some friends we all got a fatpack each and some boosters of rtr and played. Eventually we encountered {Shrieking affliction} and we all went like: "Wait... Upkeep or draw step first?"
And we just sat there for several minutes with our jaws open until the owner of it said its cool with draw first. Then he just kept casting discard spells eitherway ;D

Entwine will follow the same rules as Kicker. When you cast the spell for free, you can pay the additional cost but will have to pay for that additional kicker/entwine.

Would the entwine cost be free with an {Arcane melee}?
