I am doing a booster draft in 2 weeks and want to know what to look for.

There weren't that many "combos" within the set, the only one I can even think of is {Nightshade Peddler} + {Somberwald Vigilante}. There was a lot of synergy though with cards like {Thatcher Revolt} and human related effects.
My advice is to draft a deck based on the most solid cards you see, not trying for combos.

I think I have 20 or so copies of it, {blood Artist}, and {necrobite} since I always ended up taking all the black cards - my whole meta kept passing it, proclaiming black was too weak/"got nerfed" in the set, so they fed it to me and one other friend of mine, who ended up mono black half the time in top positions lol
By the end of Avacyn, people stopped blocking me if I had a card in hand and 3 mana untapped. The whole store knew I had 3 necrobites every week, I bluffed so many attacks in haha

Disagree. I had 3 in a draft deck and could never kill anything over 5-6 power {wolfir silverheart} and the +2+2 guy either. Too much mana.
{bone splinters} does real work, especially with {butcher ghoul}
Black is the weakest color in AVR. It's either you get a huge amount of black, or it sucks so bad. GW is pretty stout, red allows for some shenanigans especially with blue and or white.
