So we've played with 2-3 weeks of RTR. What guild seems to have the best weapons? I gotta say rakdos has the most removal and is so quick, well yeah I've lost to rakdos deck 1/4 times in 2 tourneys.
Unleash against anything slow just gets it done.

Rakdos is for sure among the best. With top notch removal and fast aggressive red creatures, a well drafted or sealed Rakdos deck can be very tough to beat.
Golgari seems weak to me. Just from what I've seen. It does have access to the black removal which is nice, but doesn't seem to gel with Selesnya green very well. It seems sluggish unless you get very lucky with your pulls, as Golgari is all about its rares.
Selesnya is pretty strong, provided you get enough populate and can stall long enough to get it going. It does well well at stalling until 6 mana when it starts to do well with lots of tokens and {Trostani's judgement}.
Azorious is hit or miss. If it goes super-detain, it's brutal. If it just tries to be agro, it usually won't work. At least that's what I've seen.
Izzet is unique. It has a few solid spells of its own (I <3 Staticasters) and overload is great. But its true strength will come from combining it with other guilds, especially red Rakdos creatures so it can attack effectively. Rakd-Izz-Orious is a match made in heaven.
I agree with everything you said, with my experience in the limited format.
The best deck I saw was Grixis thus far.
Rakdos has the best limited selection. Lots of great creatures at all rarities. Great things to choose from.
Izzet...I don't really see a deck there, might be one however. They're not really the type of cards you wanna play in those colors. Very strange.
Azorius never plays like you expect it. You can draft a perfect Azorius deck and eat it (like I did at prerelease). The rares aren't really that wonderful. But detain is a good ability and you can win some games.
Selesnya is awesome, and {Eyes in the Skies} is great limited card, and some good rares.
Golgari is just weak sauce, scavenge just never seems like something you should do with all of that mana. No real accomplishment, but the {Golgari Charm} is nice.
