So when {disciple of bolas} enters the battlefield can I sacrifice a creature my opponent controls it doesn't specify on the card

You can sacrifice only creatures you control.

Yea it wouldn't be a sacrifice if u could kill off their creatures.

I thought so but normally they specify especially on a core set
