Title: Export, inport binders and decks
Post by: Tostus on October 15, 2012, 10:53:55 AM
I currently use Decked for deckbuilding because... Well it's just plain better than this. However I need iMTG because it's completeness regarding expansions, that Decked, instead lacks (I think the only things missing here are Rinascimento and Reinassance editions which, by the way, would be very cool to have). I spent a whole day without result trying to figure out (by trying it manually and looking at this posts) how to export and import a deck (sideboard included!) or a binder/collection. All I managed to do has been importing a deck and build one but in both cases without sideboard. Maybe the app is worth a little tutorial, because answers like: "use email" just doesn't help at all.
So please explain me how to
- add a sideboard to anexisting deck,
- inport a deck with sideboard from Decked or magic online text deck,

To add sideboard, click "edit" in the top right then the green "+" next to Sideboard. Th other stuff, I'm not so sure about. Try Dropbox and make sure the format is correct?

Put your .dec files in dropbox (anywhere) and hit Import from Dropbox in deck list in edit mode.

The problem is that the importer does not catch the sideboard in the .dec files.

Make sure your file is valid .dec format and sideboard will load without any issues.
