Title: Jarad + Overgrown Tomb
Post by: Xaol on October 09, 2012, 03:34:02 PM
Jarad's ability reads:
Sacrifice a Swamp and a Forest: Return Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord from your graveyard to your hand.

Would sacrificing an Overgrown Tomb count as both in this case?

I want to say yes.
Reasoning is that multicolored cards, count as all those colors. So it would seem to me that {overgrown Tomb} is both a swamp and a forest.
99% sure it works

That's what I was thinking, also.

Nevermind, the "and" makes it so its two seperate lands

This question was previously asked and the answer was no. Hays is right. The "and" designates to separate lands. 
