I like it, still somewhat confused why PW's make sideboard and not main deck, why would you side in Vraska?
Other than that, it all syncs very well together.

I was also running {Druid's Deliverance} but dropped it because it doesn't protect my PW's, added {Rootborn Defenses} to help with board sweepers, and still get to populate. Check out mine and see what you think.

I have my Rootborn main and deliverance side simply because it helps against bonfire and burn and populates for one less but Rootborn helps against board wipes outside of bonfire and I can wipe their board with Rootborn if played right

How could Rootborn wipe them?

I'd say add in swag tusk and maybe sideboard the sublimes, chances are with this deck 70% of the time you would still be better off with a swarm attack rather than a beefy exalted swing. The swagtusk allows you to gain life when you play him AND you get a token when your opponent finally deals with him

The life gain can realy save token decks because they are not that fast

-1 Intangable Vitue
+1 Call to Conclave/+1 Farseek
IMO.

Doesn't mess with you cmc, and Farseek is so broken with ShockLands.

Been play testing and I'm not screwed with my land on draws or token spawning, it's just drawing in general
But I may do the farseek as you said for shock lands

I was thinking of {underworld connection}
Cause it's a consistent draw

{Staff of Nin} if need be.

It depends...underworld is faster but is more removable; staff is slower but has more utility.
