actually the deck was built by todd Anderson and yes I got the idea from him but I am changing it up a bit as I go like he doesn't run bonfire...

I really hope it does cause I almost have it built all I need is a couple of the land and two more {jace, architect of thought} I would really lil to see one more {snapcaster Mage} and the {Geist of saint traft} main deck but it really looks solid I think it will do well in my area...

Bonfire is a waste I think. It's gonna be bad against zombies now with loleth troll. The face that he regenerates each turn is gonna be a problem for bonfire. I think pillar is better and terminus will always be a happier sight that bonfire. Pillar of flame is going to be when u get a troll of u ever will and honestly I just don't see it being great. U don't want to many miracles here because it will end up in ur starter with sucks and it will basically just sit and rot while loleth troll tramples to face.

The reasons bonfire was cut are that the main aggro decks, zombies and gw, aren't hurt too bad by it, and it's also not good against control, so it's only good against a few less popular decks. The syncopates are great against control obviously, and also are useful at stopping the finishing spells of zombies and higher end spells of gw. But, if your meta is a variety of other aggro/mid range decks, like tokens or humans, then bonfires are great

control decks are not popular in my meta it is mostly aggro humans and such but I haven't been since the release of rtr so I really don't know what to expect here but I think bonfire will still do well here if I see myself siding them out alot then I will just take them out compleatly I think terminus is going to do really well In this set I I could also see the use of temporal mastery here maybe not sure yet I guess I need to just try it and see how it does

Tbh, I don't like detention sphere.

It's a sideboard card, unless you want to drop 7.50 a piece I'd run oblivion ring.
