I suggest {pack rat} for binning stuff. He gets out of control really quickly if you star off with him. And well, binning stuff with scavenge is just awesome :)

I like {pack rat} but I have play tested a similar deck and unless you get him early on he will get clunky as the games go on when you really need the spells.

I would add {Liliana of the Veil}. I find her to be very useful in a deck like this.
