Well nothing is obsolete especially in casual. What are you trying to do with this deck?
Gotta love {stasis} deck. Just saw one of these at FNM this past week.
Very old school. I'd hate to play against it though.
{Stasis} decks enable you to make all opponent cards come in tapped. {Serra Angel} and the artifacts do all the damage. It was fun to play against those that didn't recognize it. All my cards are 'old' for I just got into playing again.
There are definately ways to update it, though.
(ie {Frozen Æther}).

I agree it looks nice I hate it because I always hated stasis decks.
Did you mean {black vise} instead of {the rack}? I only ask because of {howling mine} and there is no discard spells

Yeah, if they are locked down, they won't be casting as fast.
Oops yes I did, just mixed up the cards. Also {utopia tree} can be subbed out for sideboard.
