This was a quick idea i threw together that had since turned into one of the strongest post rotation decks i have seen. This is a skill intensive deck that rapidly chips away at the opponent's life especially those who arent gaining life back. It is weak on the defensive, but it is so disruptive that few offensives ever beat this before getting burn by the snipe or cheap burn spells. I dont know if i will rake this deck more seriously later on, but it has been working so i figured i would post if for all those izzet fans crawling around these forums.

{Guttersnipe} is goi to be rediculous.   Make a deck around him and I think you got pretty serious deck.

The first version was delver in place of him, then one of those true delver, netdecking, speed playing, jerks saw the layout and said his crew found snipe did way more than delver in this low flip meta. As much as i dislike the guy (as a player, he's ok as a person) he had a point and i am glad he told me about. He certainly saved me a lot of time.
