Love the idea! Needs 24-25 land and some really good draw card creatures. Blood gift is not the best, i'll do some research on this idea, thank you i didnt even think of keeping my favrite deck to date going by changing formats.

I posted in one of your heartless threads your opinion of heartless in other formats. You never replied :/
Sorry man, i didnt have any real thoughts on it since the only other format experience i have is a modern PTQ where i played bloodcrank combo ({bloodchief ascension} and {mindcrank}) and my casual edh play that i dont invest muh into. Now that a block that i have been around during it's whole life (in public) has shifted formats i have a lot more interest in modern.
The first thoughts that come to mind are the {ethersworn cannonist}, {master transmuter}, {platinum angel}, and {pact if negation} esper build with heartless for speed.
Also rug or jund beat down could be very good just charging out. Maybe even cascade plus heartless to hit big things fast.
