Ok so I have been mulling this over a lot and I really don't know. He protects himself with his +1 and he can help u get cards u need with his -2 his ultimate could be good in situations and could help u swing the game into your favor however he is just so easy to kill. Any aggro deck could take him out no problem and fact or fiction will never be quite what u want it to be. Is he wasted space or a much have in your opinion?
Jace is a lot better then ppl gives him credit for. He's got a built in defense, he can give you card advantage, and if you do ultimate him you can steal your opponents win con and bring yours in for free.
There is a reason why he has more value than vraska. Because he is constructed playable
A mini {Fact or Fiction} is pretty boss, especially since you could do it twice without any pumps.
If only the cards went to the GY.... It would probably be too strong in that case.

He helps you dig for the cards you need twice if nothing else. I was getting mana screwed and did his minus 2 twice to dig for my win con and land. I don't think he is as bad as people are saying.

Of course you can build a deck around Vraska such as around new Jace... ;)
If the question was questioned this way then answer is yes. New Jace is good card for a blue... But if you would ask if it is better then previous versions... Then I am sure you can answer you yourself...

New Jace is utility instead of mill, it's hard to compare.
Agree...;) but still you can compare... Because u cannot play more jaces u will have to pick one... Of course for one player will be better one version for another one second version etc.. That was the reason why I wrote that he can answer him himself...;)
