I tried using database, but couldn't find what I was lookin for, so turning here for help. I would like cards that force my oppenent to shuffle there library. {U}, {G} or colorless.
How do you do colorless mana symbol?
... Are you building an {Archive Trap} deck? {Psychic Surgery}?

Yes I am.
{Cosi trickster!} ;D
{Fertilid} with {Ring of Kalonia} equipped. You could also run an alternate wincon with {Trepanation Blade} if you go that route.
{Ghost Quarter}
{Cosi Trickster} was a douchey anti-fetchlands thing. It was meant to make you think twice about using them. They also printed some awful goblin thing that dealt 3 damage to player if it was the 2nd land that turn, worst hoser ever. And {Lavaball Trap}

Player MAY search. You might get away with it once. Next time they'll prob just choose not to search.
Most of these are great suggestions for what do when opponent searches, but not a lot to force them to search.
{Collective voyage}
Brainstorming for forced library searches, not removal, but that is alright

I did overlook the fact that he wasn't running {W}, however...
Every little bit helps.
What format is this?
To use the database, set the filter to text, putting in "shuffles library", set the colors to blue and green, and exclude unselected colors. For colorless don't pick any color. Seems to work well enough.
Some stuff: {Bribery} {Acquire}
If this is casual, should go red just for {Soldier of Fortune}
So far the only ones that force the person to search are {Collective Voyage} and {Fertilid}. All of the other ones say "may" or wouldn't trigger {Archive Trap} at all.
Ruling for Archive Trap:
'A spell or ability causes a player to search his or her library only if it specifically contains the word "search" in its text. For example, if a spell or ability lets a player look at the top four cards of his or her library and do something with one of those cards, that's not a search.'
{Archeomancer} will return the collective voyage to play it again, plus {snapcaster Mage} {mystic retrieval}

They would be directed more towards the {archive traps} then them but I get your point. And {elixir of immortality}
You could but you still get lands. Even if you don't want them.

But you could choose to pay 0 for {Collective Voyage}, yeah?
Correct, but as long as I pay one, every one is forced to search and shuffle
I think technically you could force a search and shuffle even if {X} is zero.
I know it's off-color, but {Maralen of the Mornsong} would do a fine job for you.

Hmmm can I splash black... It's fog/mill/defender.
