I am so insanely confused on how to use the trading part of this app. Help?
It is currently having some troubles, but let's try it. Do you want to trade over the Internet with other users of Gathering or use the function to equalize your IRL trades?
I'd like to trade with other users on the app!
Then you need both Trade Binder and Needed up to date in your app (insert the cards you have in Trade Binder, card you need in Needed and then click 'update private page'. This will create/update a thread for you here on Gathering, under Private Pages>Users. I think you already did this, but update the list if needed. Now that we have this, go to potential trades. This will prompt you to a screen with a top search option, as well as 4 filter options(All selected by default). here you will have, sorted by members, a list of players who have matches in either you needed and their trade binders, or your trade binder and their needed. Transactions between what you have and what they need are called 'Give', the opposite are called 'Take'. Takers show only players who you can give something(as they will take from you) and givers show only ones who can give something to you. Mixed shows players who can give and take simultaneously. When you find a player you want to propose a trade with, click the name of the person you want to trade with. There, a Trade tool is show. You have their cards on the top, yours on bottom, and can arrange it how you like to compare prices(add or remove cards to even the trade). Usually sending an open trade is nice, to give options to the other side. After this part, you should be able to contact the other member with a built-in gathering button on this page, but this doesn't work at the moment, due to a bug. Use the forum to search for the user and send him a PM. that's it

Okay, that was helpful, thank you! But for example, if a user wants to make.a trade with me, wants 25$ worth of cards , but he only has 1$ of my needed, how can I browse his collection to add to the trade?
In the forum. Search his name using the lens in the top right corner. See which topic has the user's name, that topic most probably is his private page. Search there, in his trade binder.
