Are cards in the new duel decks legal in standard?? Or will they be??
The one that's will be from RTR will be. Everything else, no.

Filter expansions , check INN block, m13, rtr, and the duel decks. Look at all cards that have duel decks+ something else. Those are standard
So the new Izzet vs. golgari decks are in? Or at least will be when Ravnica drops??
No only certain cards from them will be legal. Cross reference cards in RTR with the cards in the DD.

I'm thinking about picking one up so I can use the Izzet deck as the base for a commander deck.
