Eltromancer is a great idea for a delver build, but if i counted right there are two spells that costs less with it. I recomend swapping him for {guttersnipe} or using more utility spells like {cyclonic rift} and {inspiration}, maybe even {counterlash} or {thoughtflare}. The meta will be slower until people really figure their decks out.

Dissipate, injunction, and negate I thought it would be good for electromancer, also overloading counter flux if nessary, I thought about guttersnipe but I wanted a turn 2 drop option other then snapcaster for this deck, expecialy with the loss of phyrexian mana spells
