This type of deck could really work, but you need way more flashback cards so that milling yourself is worth it. I'd suggest going 3(maybe 4) colors. White adds some great flashback options, and as is you have no black to pay for Alchemy flashback. If you're set on straight RU, get rid of the self mill cards and just get more removal and Izzet Charms

If I try and just stick with izzet, how much flashback do I want to run so that {runechanter's pike} is still cost effective? Or do I say f*#k it and make that second priority
