{Havoc Festival} + {Touch of the Eternal}
At the beginning of your upkeep, you decide which one goes on the stack first/resolves last; whatever is most convenient for you! :)
By the way, to clear up some confusion:
a) havoc festival CAN kill a player!
b) touch of the eternal does NOT make you gain life!
add {Exquisite Blood} for extra fun!

7/1/2012 This change of life total counts as life gain or life loss, as appropriate. Other effects that interact with life gain or life loss will interact with this effect accordingly.
Ah..went back and saw why. Was thinking for some reason that with E. Blood their life loss would double.
I think it is time to sleep as I'm seeing things.
I feel a new trend coming...

That said, does anyone have any cards that combo with it? I want to make a deck (t2) based on havoc but don't know how..the no lifegain seems very restrictive (no exquisite blood :()

There is that new RTR creature {Rix Maadi Guildmage}
You could uses his second ability against a player as it is life loss by the Havoc.

{lobber crew} hits multiple opponents
{shrieking affliction} slow down your opponents
{hellhole flailer} attacker you can fling for a kill
{rakdos charm} punish those players who make a horde
{cryptborn horror} pure evil!
{Platinum Empyrion} (soon to be non-Standard.)
What's the wurm that will let your life drop to 7 and no more.

{Elderscale Wurm} stops damage, not loss of life (or lol) ;D
