{gnaw to the bone} atleast 3 I'd go 4 and sideboard out if they are playing graveyard removal. Also, I haven't play tested it yet but I'm trying {dawntreader elk} in mine.

I like {gnaw at the bone} but only for the flashback. I might play {essence harvest} over it for the damage, I'm not to sure. More than likey changing {rise from the grave} to {ghoulcaller's chant}. Whatever I can bring back with rise I probably can cast cheaper.
