I think I'm doing one of the hardest projects ive had thus far. Sorted all my old cards next step is to go and find all my rares. In 6 months ima do this again with a xbox360 box full of old cards. On the positive side I can identify 4th without thinking.
I organized my entire collection over the holidays. I have (6) 800 count boxes of extras that are in excess of 4. It took a couple days of work.
Lol I tried and gave up
I've 12 fat pack boxes full I sorted by color and rareity save for one box that has 4th 5th visions ect. It took maby 2 hours to got threw that and pull all my rares I hate non marked sets it's a pain.

Don't know how you can do it that fast. I think I suffer from add I start sorting them then put the ones aside for deck ideas. Then I have piles of somewhat sorted and something I want to make
I just sorted set for the one box and the others were just by color and I was supper bored
I'm just finishing up Odyssey. Once I'm done that, I will have logged every card I own from Innistrad back to Odyssey block. 36 fatpack boxes, and >17,500 individual cards later....
My head hurts just thinking about that. I'm dreading 6 months from now when my cuzin moves here with his xbox360 box full of cards
Logging them wasn't so bad since I've always kept them sorted. If someone dumped them into a massive pile in the middle of the room, I'd be in a pickle. T_T
Ha, I've always organized my cards from the very start. I find organizing cards fun unless you get that sweaty hand feeling. I'm a stickler for organization.
The only drawback to organizing is that you missed out on cards that you found that were once junk but now valuable. *cough* {Sensei's Divining Top} in basement *cough*
I procrastinate alot I've been puting off set sorting for months. And I have that card

Ditto! See, that's why I'm cataloging them now. Going through my collection has allowed me to price check too, with some unexpected and amazing finds. I had no idea {Standstill} was worth so much! Glad I kept a playset! $$$
I have a small collection, so sorting is never a problem. Not a fan of cataloguing (I don't want to do that much work for minimal benefit).
Also, {Sensei's Divining Top} is $18.
