Notes: This is the one I use for MTGO. let me know what u think. Seems to work more than 80% of the time. Just don't burn your fogs to quickly. I really don't start to fog out until I'm at around ten life. Depending on the opening hand of course. The deck is fun to play with not against. I had a guy so mad last night he let the clock rundown so we would end in draw.

Ill be honest, it looks like a good start, but not quite finished yet. If you want to use the proliferation sub theme then i m'd recomend {golden urn} and {tumble magnet}
Proliferate is just a bonus for the PW first they are just draw spells to get out rites or the land that lets me hav no max hand size. I really don't care about tapping creatures or gaining a bunch of life
I tries the tower, but i found no max handsize could hurt me in the long run. I needed the ability to discard so i wouldnt mill myself in a long game.
Not me it's like my blanket being able to all those fogs in my hand. Also when jace has me and the othe guy draw 20 I can hold on to everything and he/she has to discard down.

Also that is what the elixir is for.

Exactly, you have to have something to shuffle back
That is the whole point of turbo fog. Not sure we are on the same page or maybe I am being trolled and don't know it.
If you dont have any cards in your graveyard to shuffle back before you draw 3-7 cards on your next turn then you could end up SOL if you havent milled the opponent yet.
I run turbo fog and leave the Elixirs in the SB, honestly. They just don't seem necessary most of the time. I am not running Reliquary Tower, but thats mostly just because I am not sure what to take out. There have been many times I've had to discard and thought "Why have I not put the tower in yet? I needed to keep that {Fog}/{Beast Within}/{Day of Judgement}" I know my bant turbo fog is a whole different game than his Bolas t fog, but I'm just throwing in my 2 cents :).
Bant is definately a faster and more one shot Tfog. Most fog deks take two or three times through their deck to mill or run their opponent out of steam. Tower is great if you are a more reactive dek that answers each threat seperately. Most tfog decks answer 4-10 threats at once which involves a lot of waiting and drawing cards and leaves you with a small library long before you go for the kill.
If you are fog why DOJ. you don't need it and for {blunt the assault} you don't want DOJ.
DOJ is actually incredibly useful. It's a last resort more often than not, but I have definitely found it to be a key card. Ideally, the only damage fog should take would be the damage from the first couple turns, so {Blunt the Assault} would just be an uber expensive {Fog} late game. I've used DOJ (technically {Wrath of God}, considering I just got my DOJ's :P ) to clear a late game {Entreat the Angels} and especially for a flipped {Mondronen Shaman}. She's a real pain in the ass.
Most of the time I don't need the {elixir of immortality} that's why it's a one of. With so much draw I allways get it. It's just nice to have and not need it thing.

The non mill win con is wait till they play everything, blow it all up, then beat face whem they cant defend.
The deck looks pretty cool, but I've found {Terrifying Presence} > {Moonmist}. But, that also depends heavily on what the people you play with run. If no one runs werewolves, then ignore this post :P
